Letter to Dept of Health (England) on withdrawal of HTM’s

In January, Chairman Wayne Spencer wrote to Professor Rob Smith on behalf of CSC regarding concerns over the withdrawal of Health Technical Memorandum for Decontamination from Extant Guidance.  The letter and response from Professor Smith are now available.
